Returns Policies

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please e-mail us first to get the return label if your orders were placed from Zesproka official website.


Return Shipping

Orders placed from Zesproka official website, we provide you with a return shipping address, and you provide and pay for your own mailing label using the carrier of your choice.


About Refunds

After the carrier has received your item, it can take up to 1 week for us to receive and process your return. If you're receiving a refund after we have received your item, it may take an additional 3-5 business days to fully process your return and issue your refund. You can check the status of your refund in Your Orders.


Exchange an Item

If the item you wish to return doesn't have an exchange option or you received the item as a gift, you'll need to return the original item and place a new order.

Not identical to the item being returned
